Effective, Collaborative team management and User Experience E-commerce Strategy for Enterprise Experiences
After studying design research and methodologies at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena I put these skills into practice at Cheskin where I worked on a variety of consulting engagements with some of the world’s leading companies.
My first official UX role was at Grainger, where I managed the UX team focusing on the My Account section of the website. After helping launch the first dedicated mobile experience I supported a complete redesign of Grainger.com. My team developed and improved functions like lists, address and order management, role management and eventually the highly regarded Order Management System for which we were awarded a patent.
At Antylia I managed the entire web experience for Coleparmer.com, a global E-commerce site focusing on lab supplies and equipment for Biotech, Pharma and other scientific industries.
